Quality, hygiene and safety play an important role when it comes to food. This is even more true for packaging which will have direct food contact. In order to meet the most diverse require­ments of the food industry, we produce appro­priate packaging under the terms protected for our group of companies by law, “Food safe box” and “Food safe packaging”.

Selected papers, printing inks, varnish, adhes­ives and other compon­ents comply with the special EU regula­tions. The require­ments for food contact articles in Germany and the European Union considered include:

• German Food and Feed Code (Lebens­mittel- und Futter­mit­tel­ge­set­zbuch, LFGB),
• German Packaging Law (VerpackG),
• the Swiss Ordin­ance on Mater­ials and Articles,
• the regula­tions 1935/2004/EC, 2023/2006/EC and the European Packaging Directive 94/62/EC.

The food safe box is used, for example, as: pizza packaging, packaging for bakery products, confec­tionery, fruit and veget­ables, bases, food safe packaging or as primary packaging of all kinds.
