A total of eleven young men and women have begun their training this year at the Göppingen, Brand and Lichtenau sites.
All trainees made a good start to their training under the applicable hygiene regulations. The initial weeks are spent meeting colleagues, receiving instructions and training and completing the first tasks. The newbies can always turn to other trainees, colleagues as well as instructors with their questions and they’re well looked after by them in other matters too. The newcomers are professionally trained in each department from the very beginning, laying the foundations for successful in-firm training.
