On 01.09.2023, the starting signal was given for 12 young people to begin their apprenticeships at the Göppingen, Brand and Lichtenau locations.
The first days and weeks are spent getting to know colleagues, receiving instruction and training and completing the first tasks. All locations have one thing in common: Vocational training imparts new specialist knowledge and new skills with each year of training. In this way, junior staff are well prepared for the tasks and challenges of the future and at the same time trained in line with requirements.
Anyone who makes use of their apprenticeship years at the respective location and successfully completes the training has the chance of a crisis-proof job in the company.
